I have over 17 years experience in the industry & have dedicated my career to fitness & nutrition. My aim as a trainer is to motivate & inspire people to live a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise & by eating a nutritious diet . I have a traditional training approach specialising in weight training & body weight exercise with short intense bouts of cardio thrown in to get the heart rate up! I believe part of being a good trainer is to practise what I preach & therefore constantly workout & eat clean to maintain & develop my own physical fitness. I have experience of working with a wide range of clientele, including high profile executives & celebrities, to busy house wives and young Mums. I use my lifelong, committed dedication & passion for health, fitness & nutrition to motivate my clients towards reaching their goals every day.
